The crops are grown in the ground of the greenhouse. They are pollinated by bees and we use Intergrated Pest Management to minimize pest damage to our crops. The System uses natural predator enimies to control pests such as insects, mites and disease. 

We only grow the best tasting varieties. They are tended with great care by Lu and his team and expertise to ensure the highest quaility product (see reference on about page). Our tomatoes are fungicide and pesticide free.The plants are watered with rain water collected from the roof of the greenhouse. 

These days most tomatoes are grown in hydroponic systems, they look great but are tasteless. We find that the tastiest comes from the tomatoes that are grown in soil.
